Dalycia Rich is a staffing agency recruiter at ITAC Solutions and the team’s resident career matchmaker, minus the awkward dinner dates.

Five years into her recruiting career, Dalycia has placed candidates across corporate services, accounting, finance, and healthcare staffing, she’s covered a lot of ground. Along the way, she’s developed a bit of a superpower: catching the thing candidates don’t say. Ask her and she’ll tell you, that’s usually where the good stuff is hiding. And when a match clicks? She’s genuinely thrilled, landing the right job placement for her candidates is the whole point, and she doesn’t stop until she gets there.

Before joining ITAC Solutions as a recruiter, Dalycia spent over 30 years performing professionally across the US, Europe, and Asia, plus several years as a university voice teacher. She officially retired from the stage in 2019, though “retired” is a loose term, since she still finds her way back into the spotlight now and then. That theatrical streak never really left; it just traded scripts for spreadsheets. She talks to strangers like they’re old friends and reads a room in seconds.
