Mike didn’t set out to work in staffing, he found it, and it found him. After transitioning from military leadership, he made his first few job placements and got hooked on something simple: the feeling of connecting two sides of a problem and watching it click into place for everyone involved. Nine years later, that feeling hasn’t worn off. What sets Mike apart isn’t just his ability to match skills to job descriptions,  it’s that he genuinely cares about the goals of the people he works with, whether that’s a hiring manager trying to fill a critical role or a candidate figuring out their next move.

Outside the office, Mike is usually chasing a personal best, in the gym or, more recently, on the golf course. He’s newer to the game but hooked on the challenge: golf, he says, is really a competition with yourself. When he’s not working on his swing, he’s spending time with his wife and daughter.
