Procurement Specialist

Join our client’s growing procurement team supporting large-scale power and infrastructure projects across the U.S. You’ll play a direct role in keeping complex EPC projects moving—making sure critical equipment, materials, and services are sourced, negotiated, and delivered when construction teams need them.

Compensation: $75,000–$135,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage procurement activities across assigned EPC projects
• Lead RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and purchase order administration
• Source engineered equipment, construction materials, and subcontracted services
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Project Management
• Expedite materials and resolve supplier or delivery issues before they impact schedules
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, contract changes, and logistics
• Track procurement costs, forecasts, and project requirements

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Procurement experience within industrial construction, utilities, energy, manufacturing, or EPC environments
• Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle
• Strong supplier negotiation and project coordination capabilities
• Substation or transmission-line procurement experience is highly desired
• Experience procuring engineered equipment or construction materials
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement platforms such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Coupa, or Ariba
