Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-focused Operations Support Specialist to help keep transportation and logistics operations moving smoothly. This is not a call-center role — it’s a fast-paced office position where strong communication, urgency, organization, and problem-solving help customers get answers and shipments stay on track.

Compensation: $38K – $54K DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to extremely high volumes of customer emails with professionalism and accuracy
• Process BOLs, orders, forms, applications, requests, and recurring materials
• Enter customer information into internal systems and maintain accurate records
• Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Highly professional communication with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Support account managers and team members with operational follow-up
• Help identify process improvements and assist with projects as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation
• Natural sense of urgency and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service, administrative, sales support, logistics, hospitality, retail, or front desk background
• Comfort learning new systems and using Microsoft Office
• Ability to stay professional around strong personalities and changing priorities
