Compensation: $150,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape proposal solutions, BOMs, and procurement strategies with BD and Engineering
• Evaluate supplier quotes to sharpen proposal competitiveness
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality for program execution
• Develop component integration strategies and electronics kits for assembly and test
• Optimize BOMs for cost, manufacturability, lifecycle, and availability
• Manage component lifecycle planning and obsolescence mitigation
• Build supplier relationships and drive competitive sourcing

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• 4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Background in a for-profit defense/aerospace company, not solely military
• Comfortable working the full lifecycle, from customers to supplier sourcing
