Engineering Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who can recruit engineering professionals specializing in Civil, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Chemical engineering. This is an exciting opportunity as we continue to see growth with clients in the engineering industry.

The right person will have experience finding quality candidates and matching them with our clients. You will also know how to navigate unique situations, use sourcing tools, and possess expertise in all things “engineering.”

Compensation: Salary + Commission

What you’ll be doing: 

• Use established processes and creative thinking to leverage recruiting tools and our internal database to find passive and active candidates in the workforce, specifically in engineering. 
• Build candidate pipelines to address our client’s current and forecasted staffing needs.
• Work with our internal sales team to qualify job requirements.
• Screen and submit qualified candidates to open jobs.
• Take candidates through the full interview life cycle from screen to offer stage.
• Build local networks in multiple markets.
• Stay up to date with current market trends.

What you’ll need to be considered:

• 2+ years of experience recruiting engineering professionals.
• Experience working within an ATS, preferably Bullhorn
• Experience using paid sourcing tools to run resume searches, write Boolean search strings, and write/post job ads.
• A keen eye for detail and precision 
• A passion for building relationships, a competitive drive with tenacity, a desire to help those you serve, and the ability to decide and choose the right thing to do in every situation
