Compensation

• $85,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead project technical activities across electrical, mechanical, software, test, and systems engineering
• Translate customer requirements into engineering plans and system-level approaches
• Oversee system architecture, subsystem integration, and technical decisions
• Ensure designs meet functional, environmental, and performance requirements for ruggedized electronics
• Coordinate reverse-engineering, sustainment, and modernization of legacy systems
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and stakeholders
• Lead engineering reviews, documentation, and configuration management

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Experience with rugged, military-spec electronics or embedded computing
• Familiarity with DoD standards and verification/validation processes
• Background in reverse-engineering or modernizing legacy systems
