Financial Analyst I, FP&A / Junior Financial Analyst
Onsite – Birmingham, AL

Our client, a Fortune 500 leader, needs an analyst whose forecasts will help steer operations across North America, Mexico, and soon Asia-Pacific. Your analysis won’t sit in a shared drive. It lands in front of the executives making the calls.

Compensation

• $60,000 to $70,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across business units
• Analyze P&L, COGS, and revenue trends to explain what’s driving results
• Work through large Excel datasets with precision
• Present findings to senior leadership
• Own your deadlines and deliverables from start to finish

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1-2+ years of accounting or finance experience; standout recent grads with strong internships considered
• Advanced Excel skills
• Audit, internal audit, or staff accounting background preferred
• Solid grasp of GAAP fundamentals
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Power BI or Hyperion experience is a plus
