Our client is building out its reporting team and is looking for a Workday Report Writer who can turn complex HCM data into reporting solutions that drive decisions across the organization. This is a hands-on role with visibility across HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Learning.

Compensation

• $90,000 – $110,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build advanced, matrix, composite, and RaaS reports

• Develop complex calculated fields and reporting solutions

• Create and manage Prism datasets and derived datasets

• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations on reporting needs

• Validate reports, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support upgrades

• Maintain report documentation, catalogs, and security standards

• Develop reporting across the Workday HCM ecosystem

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Hands-on Workday Report Writer and calculated-field expertise

• Hands-on Prism Analytics experience

• Knowledge of Workday security and HCM data sources

• Advanced Excel skills

• Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
