Our client needs a Litigation Paralegal who can keep a complex case moving forward, from the first document request to the final day of trial. This is a chance to be the person attorneys, clients, and courts depend on to get it right, across discovery, filings, hearings, and trial prep on matters that go the distance.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage discovery: collection, organization, review, logging, production, and compliance
• Prepare, draft, file, and serve court documents, including motions and subpoenas
• Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and expert witnesses
• Maintain organized case files, litigation databases, witness lists, exhibits, and trial materials
• Conduct legal and factual research and verify citations
• Support pretrial, trial, and post-trial preparation and courtroom logistics
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel across active matters

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
• Paralegal certificate required (ABA-approved certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies)
• Litigation background from a mid-to-large sized firm preferred
• Familiarity with NetDocs, Elite, or ChromeRiver a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
