What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting, coding, and entering delivery tickets from vendors, plants, and haulers
• Matching delivery tickets to inventory invoices
• Uploading vendor delivery ticket files
• Entering non-inventory invoices
• Building payment files for inventory and non-inventory vendors
• Reviewing incoming vendor statements
• Filing paid invoices with check/ACH backup

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of dedicated AP experience, with AP as your primary role
• AP experience in construction, manufacturing, or another industrial setting
• Hands-on experience matching delivery tickets or receiving documents to invoices
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards or another major ERP
• Willingness to pitch in beyond AP
• Comfort with fast, direct communication
