EHS Supervisor / Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor

Our client is seeking an EHS Supervisor to drive safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement at a major Indianapolis manufacturing facility.

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead plant-level EHS strategy, audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
• Interpret and implement OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and applicable regulations.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective/preventive measures.
• Develop and conduct EHS training programs.
• Implement and maintain behavior-based safety programs.
• Benchmark performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and reporting for leadership.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Experience leading and coaching employees in an EHS environment.
• Behavior-based safety experience.
• Environmental knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
