Superintendent

Lead major commercial construction projects from the ground up with a stable, highly respected general contractor that has been building Texas for nearly 50 years. Our client is looking for a Superintendent who can take ownership of complex projects, build strong relationships in the field, and make sure every phase is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base DOE + bonus & company truck

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee construction from sitework through punch list and closeout
• Manage project scheduling and day-to-day field activities
• Lead subcontractor and owner/architect meetings
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
• Drive quality control and inspect work for compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and internal teams
• Maintain strong project relationships while ensuring timely completion

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Demonstrated experience leading $20M–$30M commercial construction projects
• Background with manufacturing or industrial projects
• Ground-up construction experience across all major phases
• Design-build or fast-track experience is a plus
