As the accounting lead for this national healthcare real estate portfolio, you’ll be the go-to for a team of Property Accountants. Your work keeps joint ventures funded and lenders confident, so new care facilities keep opening.

Compensation

• $70,000 – $80,000 + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mentoring Property Accountants as their go-to resource
• First-reviewing financial packages, CAM recs, and debt covenant reporting
• Keeping Yardi approvals and workflow queues moving
• Owning holding company and JV entries, financials, and bank recs
• Managing cash transfers, weekly AP, and daily positive pay
• Handling property tax and 1099 reporting across all entities

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Property, multi-entity (14+), or construction project accounting background
• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• Experience reviewing others’ work and giving feedback
• Yardi or similar real estate software
• CAM or debt covenant experience a plus
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus
