With more than 25 years of recruiting experience, Sheliah has built a strong reputation for connecting organizations with top financial talent through a consultative approach.

Sheliah began her recruiting career in 1996 with a national firm in Atlanta before relocating to Birmingham in 1998. She joined ITAC in 2001, initially supporting office and accounting roles before moving into Accounting & Finance recruiting, the area where she’s built her career and expertise ever since.

Over her tenure at ITAC, Sheliah has developed long-standing client partnerships across a variety of industries, helping organizations hire critical accounting and finance talent ranging from senior individual contributors to executive leadership. Her greatest satisfaction comes from building relationships that last well beyond a single placement, helping companies grow and helping professionals find opportunities where they can thrive.

Sheliah resides in Hoover, Alabama, with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and granddaughter.
