Project Accountant

In this pivotal role, you’ll handle accounts payable, assist with payment applications, and ensure seamless communication between corporate accounting and field operations. Compensation:

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing jobsite accounts payable efficiently
• Serving as a liaison between corporate accounting and field operations
• Assisting with Owner payment application processes
• Administering subcontractors’ monthly billing procedures
• Facilitating onsite hourly staff onboarding and timesheet management
• Assisting in the training of accounting and corporate software

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• • At least 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills

What Could Set You Apart:

• Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in accounting
• Experience with construction AP
