Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual with at least two years of legal billing experience to join our client’s team in Nashville, TN.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing monthly client billing for attorneys.
• Auditing Firm bills to ensure timely and accurate client bills.  
• Preparing, proofing, and modifying invoices.
• Assisting attorneys and secretaries with client inquiries.
• Completing electronic billing setups.
• Researching details of client-related expense items.
• Coordinating with clients and attorneys on rate approvals.
• Reviewing non-compliant invoices.
• Performing year-end client follow-up.

What You Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of legal billing experience required.

What Would Set You Apart:

• Experience with Elite or Elite 3E or any other legal billing software would be a plus.
