Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing, reconciling, and finalizing monthly financial statements for multiple properties.
• Managing cash payments and ensuring sufficient funds for payments.
• Supervising a team of 2-3 property accountants.
• Coordinating audit requests and reviewing audit reports.
• Providing essential financial support to various corporate departments and property personnel.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Strong understanding of GAAP with 3-5 years of Accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
