Our client, a leading provider of human resource management services, is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in administering benefits for clients, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, manage client benefits, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Benefits and Extras: Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.

Compensation: $17 – $19/hr.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing client benefits including eligibility, enrollments, and terminations
  • Generating open enrollment, COBRA and termination notices
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and clients
  • Researching and resolving benefit-related inquiries
  • Maintaining knowledge of benefits software and PEO services
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments on special projects

What you’ll need to be considered:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
