Project Coordination Support / Junior Project Coordinator

Compensation: Hourly rate up to $23/hr, Contract opportunity (1 year), strong potential for long-term conversion based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support PMO leadership with portfolio coordination and reporting
• Maintain and update project data within OnePlan or similar tools
• Assist in rolling out and optimizing project management systems
• Prepare reports to improve project visibility across leadership
• Support meetings with stakeholders, including executives
• Track project updates and ensure data accuracy
• Provide light administrative support across project initiatives

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Exposure to PMO environments or project coordination (non-technical)
• Ability to confidently interact with C-level stakeholders
• Experience supporting project tools or portfolio tracking systems
• Strong professional communication and executive presence
• Familiarity with OnePlan or similar PMO platforms preferred
