Our client is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional who can combine hands-on motor repair expertise with consultative selling to help customers keep critical operations running efficiently and reliably.

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 base + Commission. On-target earnings: $150K–$175K+

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Grow and manage key industrial customer accounts throughout the Southwest
• Provide consultative technical sales support for motor rewind and repair solutions
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships
• Review rewind sheets, rotor data, and technical documentation for project accuracy
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams on quotes, timelines, and feasibility
• Track customer activity, forecasting, and reporting through CRM and ERP systems
• Travel extensively to customer sites for relationship management and business growth

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Hands-on experience with AC/DC stator and rotor rewinds
• Knowledge of DC armature and field coil rewinds
• Ability to interpret rewind sheets, rotor data, and connection diagrams
• Strong understanding of industrial motor repair standards and practices
• Experience growing territories and managing key industrial accounts
• Comfort with heavy regional travel and customer-facing relationship building
