Compensation: $62,500–$70,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate care plans, referrals, and case management activities
• Handle inbound calls and schedule appropriate clinical services
• Verify eligibility and explain behavioral health benefits
• Partner with providers to ensure quality and timely care delivery
• Participate in utilization review and quality assurance processes
• Review claims for accuracy and completeness
• Support EAP programs and assist with urgent after-hours cases as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
• Active clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LICSW, BCBA)
• Experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting
• High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline
• Ability to communicate complex clinical/benefit information clearly
