Change Management Coordinator
Help drive meaningful organizational change during high-impact acquisition and integration initiatives. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Change Management professional to support enterprise-wide HR and operational transitions by keeping communication, planning, and execution aligned in fast-moving environments.

Compensation: $30-40/hour DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Track and coordinate change activities across acquisition and integration initiatives
• Maintain tools that monitor change impacts, milestones, and dependencies
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and change saturation concerns
• Draft stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and communication plans
• Support HR-led organizational design and compensation initiatives
• Translate complex HR changes into clear employee-facing documentation
• Coordinate timelines and messaging with HR business partners and project leaders
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
• PROSCI Change Management Certification required
• Experience supporting acquisition or integration-related change initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in evolving environments
• Strong documentation and structured communication skills
• Experience supporting HR transformation or organizational change initiatives
