Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 + Bonus opportunity: 2%–4% of annual Service Department net profit

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead day-to-day dealership operations with full accountability for profitability and customer retention
• Manage and mentor department managers across the business
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and team development
• Conduct leadership evaluations, coaching, and hiring initiatives
• Partner with corporate leadership on reporting and operational compliance
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain a safe work environment
• Local Travel w/ occasional overnight stays

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• 4+ years of leadership experience within automotive, dealership, equipment, diesel, or related industries
• Experience leading multiple operational departments and leadership teams
• Strong financial, analytical, and organizational management skills
• Ability to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance
• Comfortable reviewing financial statements and operational reporting
