Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable Accountant

Compensation

• $50,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Monitor AP aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within AP
• Maintain W-9 and 1099 documentation compliance
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience in a high-volume AP environment
• Strong foundation in general accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to AP automation tools such as Bill.com, Tipalti, or Coupa is a plus
