Multimedia Production Coordinator / Audio & Video Production Specialist

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Production Coordinator to support a growing multimedia and digital content team in Auburn, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of audio/video editing, live event support, and digital content management within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 DOE from entry-level to more experienced professionals

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Spend approximately 40% of your time editing and preparing audio content and podcasts
• Spend approximately 30% of your time creating and editing video content and promotional clips
• Support conferences, recordings, and live production events throughout the year
• Upload and manage website and digital media content
• Assist with established editorial and production workflows
• Help organize and manage multimedia assets and files
• Support additional production and content-related projects as needed

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Audition
• Experience with audio/video editing and multimedia production
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptable mindset with a willingness to take ownership of task-driven work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfort supporting both media production and event-related responsibilities
• Ability to work onsite in Auburn, Alabama
