Our client is looking for a Client Integration Support professional to ensure new healthcare providers are onboarded smoothly onto their proprietary platform. This role combines administrative precision, customer-facing communication, and cross-team collaboration to drive seamless system integrations that directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Compensation: $30/hr, long term contract opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support system integrations for new healthcare providers with administrative and clerical tasks
• Coordinate scheduling and manage contracts, including DocuSign agreements
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for end-users such as nurses and IT staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve questions or concerns during onboarding
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth integration
• Help maintain documentation and ensure processes are followed accurately
• Represent our client professionally during all customer interactions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to “read the room” and adapt to client needs
• Experience with healthcare or EMR systems preferred
