Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through settlement and trial prep
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Summarize medical records and organize case documentation
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and case-related scheduling
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, binders, and legal research
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials to support attorneys
• Maintain organized, deadline-driven case files in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Experience supporting litigation in a legal environment, preferably personal injury
• Strong knowledge of legal research procedures
• Experience with depositions, discovery, hearings, or trial preparation
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and client-facing professionalism
