Compensation: $55k to $75K (plus % of cases settlement DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, with a focus on motor vehicle accident cases
• Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through the legal process
• Conduct thorough case investigations, including witness interviews and on-site visits
• Prepare cases for negotiation, settlement, and potential litigation
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials
• Advocate for clients against insurance companies and large corporations
• Work with a growing legal team committed to justice and exceptional client care

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Active membership in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
• Strong interest in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and case preparation abilities
• Self-motivated mindset with long-term career goals
