IT Systems Administrator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and troubleshoot ERP, application, and database systems.
• Administer Windows servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning improvements.
• Manage backups, security, and system availability initiatives.
• Support complex production issues and end-user technical requests.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Lead and execute infrastructure and technology projects.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, both on-premises and Azure.
• Strong Active Directory expertise, including Group Policy, replication, and security administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, security controls, monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
• Ability to automate and troubleshoot using PowerShell and/or SQL scripting.
• Ability to independently manage projects and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
