Our client is looking for hands-on Die Maintenance Team Members to help keep automotive production running safely, smoothly, and accurately. Compensation: $27.75 – $31.75 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, polish, grind, and hand-finish stamping die tooling
• Disassemble and assemble dies according to design specifications
• Operate welding equipment, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and other die manufacturing equipment
• Interpret customer prints, engineering specifications, layout results, and functional requirements
• Use hoists or cranes to safely lift and move dies
• Measure die parts, wire limit switches, fabricate items, and document work activities
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while following safety policies and wearing required PPE

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, machinery, and equipment
• Experience with welding, grinding, polishing, machining, or die/tooling repair
• Ability to read measurements, prints, specifications, or technical instructions
• Comfort working in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 33 lbs. and work around large equipment
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
