Investor Relations / Finance Specialist – Contract (Indefinite)
Join our client, a growing real estate investment firm where accounting support meets direct investor engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated investor base while learning complex real estate investment structures in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, trust, and communication across active investor relationships.

Compensation
- $25–$30/hr based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct outreach to existing investors via phone and email
- Communicate investment updates and respond to investor questions
- Support collections tracking and investor follow-up activity
- Learn and explain real estate investment structures and transactions
- Maintain accurate records of investor communications and activity logs
- Build relationships with investors ranging from individuals to institutions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate investor reporting
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for investor-facing conversations
- Ability to learn complex financial and real estate concepts quickly
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, along with analytical mindset
- Professional and confident in client-facing interactions
