Compensation

• $150,000 base salary (DOE)
• Annual Bonus Potential

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to align finance strategy with business objectives
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the company
• Analyze financial performance and develop cost/margin improvement strategies
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance with accounting standards
• Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant
• Collaborate with corporate finance leaders and prepare for ERP implementation

What You’ll Need to be Considered
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting
• Strong ERP system experience
• Ability to lead a small team through significant organizational change
