Compensation

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare payroll-related and other journal entries during month-end close
• Reconcile accounts, research variances, and propose corrections
• Support invoicing and recurring accounting processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial analysis for leadership
• Partner with team members and internal departments on accounting needs

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong understanding of general ledger activity, debits/credits, and reconciliations
• Ability to handle payroll-related journal entries
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills
• UKG or PeopleSoft experience is a plus
