Full-Charge Bookkeeper/ Client Accountant –

Compensation

• $50,000–$65,000, depending on experience 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks
• Support payroll processing and related accounting functions
• Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding accounting needs

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
• 2+ years of accounting experience in AP/ AR/ Reconciliations/ deposits/ Journal entries 
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-client bookkeeping 
• Professional communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, preferred
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close processes preferred
