Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Controller to help lead the financial operations of a rapidly growing organization. Compensation

• $160,000 – $190,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close
• Oversee percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP reporting
• Manage and mentor the accounting team
• Partner with operations to improve project profitability and reporting accuracy
• Analyze project margins, over/under billings, and financial performance
• Drive process improvements across accounting workflows
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience
• Current experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP schedules REQUIRED
• Background in construction or project-based accounting environments
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams
• Experience evaluating and improving project profitability
• Strong ERP system experience
• CPA designation preferred
