Senior Accountant (HYBRID)

Compensation

• $75,000 – $85,000 base salary
• Company-wide performance bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Partner with finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Own accounting workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Collaborate with FP&A and other business partners on financial initiatives
• Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Accounting degree
• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct REQUIRED
• Experience documenting, improving, and owning accounting processes
• Background in professional services, advisory, wealth management, or financial services environments is a plus
