What You’ll Be Doing

• Run weekly payroll and submit to corporate
• Oversee AR, AP, and cash management
• Handle month-end close and reporting
• Analyze variances and provide financial insight
• Support inventory and reconciliation processes
• Act as on-site contact for HR-related matters

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Strong ERP experience with ability to learn quickly
• Experience handling payroll in hourly environments
• Ability to operate independently in a facility setting
• Discretion handling sensitive employee matters
