Compensation

• $45/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading business process analysis and creating detailed documentation
• Mapping complex end-to-end workflows using Lucid or Visio
• Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams
• Supporting the Scrum team with clear requirements and timely feedback
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Reviewing functionality pre-release to ensure quality and alignment
• Driving user acceptance testing and production readiness activities

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-demand environment
• Experience mapping extremely large or complex processes
• Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks
