Compensation

• $80,000 – $100,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as Assistant Controller, supporting the full accounting function
• Owning month-end close on a structured 3-day timeline
• Taking on Controller-level responsibilities for a sister company in a simplified, structured scope
• Partnering closely with the Controller to learn and eventually lead the function
• Delivering accurate prior-month financials by day one of each new month
• Supporting a well-established, highly organized accounting operation

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Comfortable with after-hours/weekend work during month-end close
• Advanced Excel 
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
