HR Generalist

Help shape the employee experience for a rapidly growing, multi-office professional services organization. Our client is seeking a confident, hands-on HR Generalist who can advise leaders, support employees, and build consistent people practices that strengthen the organization as it continues to expand.

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, managers, and office leaders
• Manage employee relations matters, workplace accommodations, and sensitive conversations
• Guide managers through performance reviews, documentation, and improvement plans
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, candidate communication, and university outreach
• Draft employee announcements, HR communications, policies, and handbook updates
• Maintain UKG Ready employee data, records, PTO information, and HR reporting
• Administer employee programs and lead HR projects across multiple offices

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to independently manage a broad HR function with sound judgment and discretion
• Working knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and employment law fundamentals
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations
• Experience with UKG Ready or a comparable HRIS platform
