Owner Relations Associate

Front-line Owner Relations Associate serving as a key liaison between interest owners and our client. This role handles high-volume inquiries and complex case resolution across ownership, payments, taxes, and operations while directly shaping owner trust and experience.

Compensation: $21-23/hour Depending On Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as primary contact for owner inquiries
• Research ownership, revenue, and tax questions
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Document interactions in case system
• Partner with internal teams on complex issues
• Identify trends and escalate systemic issues
• Provide empathetic, professional high-volume support

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Call center/customer service in non-scripted environment
• Ability to research and resolve complex inquiries
• Microsoft Office and CRM/case system proficiency
• Comfortable in high-volume phone environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
