Plant Manager, Recycling / Manufacturing Operations Manager

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead day-to-day recycling plant operations with a strong safety focus
• Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery performance
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and capital projects
• Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve operations
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Develop production capacity and workforce planning
• Present operational performance to senior leadership

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Executive-level leadership experience
• Lean manufacturing expertise
• Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge
• Experience integrating complex manufacturing processes
• Recycling or auto shredding operations experience is highly preferred
