Senior Accountant
Our client, a well-established manufacturer and distributor, is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to bring order and accuracy to their day-to-day financial operations. This is a chance to be the go-to accounting resource across branches and operations teams, digging into inventory costing issues and helping keep the books rock-solid in a fast-moving environment. Your work will directly support the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting for a company that keeps critical industries running.

Compensation
- $80,000 – $90,000 base + Bonus opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Preparing and posting journal entries with complete supporting documentation
- Leading month-end close activities
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Researching and correcting inventory costing discrepancies, identifying root causes across ERP systems
- Maintaining vendor records and supporting vendor setup
- Serving as an accounting resource to branch and operations teams
What You'll Need to Be Considered
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Experience researching and resolving inventory costing discrepancies
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Self-directed and proactive work style with strong ownership of assigned tasks
