Compensation

• $35–$45 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Program, set up, and run 3/4/5-axis CNC mills using Mastercam to produce high-precision, production-ready parts
• Optimize automation cells, fixtures, probing, and tool paths for efficient high-mix/low-volume runs
• Own the process end to end: material selection, tooling, work holding, and in-process checks
• Self-inspect parts using GD&T and document to AS9100 standards
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to troubleshoot tough features and keep jobs moving
• Jump on a live-tooling lathe when the work calls for it

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Hands-on programming experience with Mastercam
• Experience working in an AS9100-certified, aerospace-focused machine shop
• Working knowledge of GD&T inspection methods
