Compensation

• ~$180,000 annually, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a Mechanical team from scratch
• Build client relationships and help win new work
• Lead projects from concept through construction
• Guide chilled water, boiler, VAV, cooling tower, and fume exhaust designs
• Partner with Electrical and Structural teams on unified MEP solutions
• Answer RFIs and protect design intent in the field

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Active PE license
• Commercial and industrial HVAC/Plumbing design
• Entrepreneurial drive to build a practice
• HAP, IESVE, or Trace a plus
