Sr Network Engineer

Join our client’s technology team in a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the enterprise network that supports critical business operations. You’ll serve as the technical authority for network architecture, performance, resilience, security, and modernization across LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and cloud environments.

Compensation

• $65-70/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and cloud network operations.

• Architect and implement complex routing, switching, connectivity, and segmentation solutions.

• Lead network design reviews and establish enterprise technical standards.

• Troubleshoot complex performance and availability issues and drive root-cause resolution.

• Develop network documentation, monitoring, capacity plans, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Lead network projects, modernization initiatives, and vendor/carrier escalations.

• Automate network configuration, compliance, and reporting where practical.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Advanced Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS, and Meraki expertise.

• Strong BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, SD-WAN, and enterprise routing/switching knowledge.

• Hands-on depth with network security, segmentation, NAC, and VPN technologies.

• Azure and/or AWS hybrid networking experience.

• Experience with Wireshark, NetFlow, SolarWinds or equivalent monitoring tools.

• Healthcare/regulated-environment experience and HIPAA familiarity preferred.
