Our client is a fast-growing Texas commercial general contractor with 18 years in business and a project list that ranges from VA clinics to a $33M hotel outside Dallas. They need a Project Superintendent who can walk onto any jobsite and own it, turning ambitious builds into real, on-time results across schedule, subcontractors, safety, and quality.

Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction on commercial projects, typically $3-5M and up to $33M
• Own the schedule, subcontractors, safety, and quality on site
• Oversee subcontractors directly at each jobsite
• Travel to active projects in Temple, Leander, Kyle, and Prosper, with per diem provided

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of superintendent experience required
• Commercial construction background required
• Experience running $3-5M+ commercial projects preferred
• Exposure to a mix of project types (healthcare, retail, warehouse, hospitality) is a plus
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam a plus
