Staff Accountant / Fund Accountant

Our client is a growing accounting and fund management services firm supporting a diverse group of businesses and investment entities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO, gain broad exposure across multiple entities, and play an important part in keeping the organization’s financial operations running smoothly.

Compensation

• $60,000-65,000 + 10% bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage accounts payable activities and related accounting processes
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Support fixed asset accounting
• Assist in ensuring accurate and timely financial information
• Partner closely with the CFO and accounting team
• Assist with additional accounting projects and assignments

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2-3 years of general accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Sage and QuickBooks experience is a strong plus
• Experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Professional, detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
