Compensation: $50,000 base salary target (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare quotes for industrial equipment, tooling, conveyors, and safety systems.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues by phone and email.
• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries and communicate updates.
• Enter quotes, orders, invoices, and basic accounting details in QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.
• Learn product lines to support customer needs and sales growth.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Demonstrate hands-on mechanical aptitude and practical technical problem-solving.
• Show a genuine drive to sell and interest in eventually moving into Outside Sales.
• Be comfortable working on Mac computers.
• Be willing to learn specialized manufacturing and pressroom products.
